Donna J. Pierson

She was born the fifth of six children on January 12 1937, in the Blue Ridge community of Falls County, Texas to Charles Lavelle Kinard and Essie Eunice Kelly Kinard. Donna was a graduate of Mary Hardin Baylor College and taught school in the Refugio school system before marrying and starting her family. Later she was a real estate sales agent in the Houston area for many years. She enjoyed bridge and was an avid devotee of crossword puzzles. Donna was dedicated to her family and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sisters, Laura Childs, Rosalyn Kinard and Eunice Cunningham and her grandson, Preston Morrow. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Morrow and husband, Karl, and granddaughter, Anastasia Morrow, son Jeffry Pierson and daughter Leslie Pierson, all of Houston as well as her brothers, Charles S. Kinard (wife, Suzanne) of Laneville and David Kinard (wife, Linda) of Olive Branch, Mississippi. Survivors also include many loved nieces and nephews and their children.
