Born at home in DeSoto, Missouri January 9, 1948, moved to Sedalia, Missouri, graduated Smith-Cotton High School in 1966, and met her lifelong companion of 53 years, Michael C. Williams.
Carol and Michael moved to Alief, Texas in 1971 to attend Berachah Church, Houston, Texas.
Carol began a twenty-year career at Dresser Atlas and retired at Baker Atlas/INTEQ as Logistics Analyst in 2005.
After retirement Carol enjoyed CURVES, Zumba, and making new friends for over twelve years.
Carol’s last road trip with Michael was Arizona to see the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, take Antelope Slot Canyon tours, and see the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in 2019.
Surviving at home, husband Michael; loving mother to daughter Pamela, Gunnison, Colorado; son Rusty, daughter-in-law Sally, loving grandmother to grand-daughter Amanda, grand-son Geoffrey, Crofton Maryland; sisters Brenda Franklin, Neosho, Missouri; Cathy Putnam, brother-in-law Art, Columbia Falls, Montana; brother Daniel Schillinger, Lawrence, Kansas.
