Carol was a great mentor and friend. She will be very much missed by Abi and me. I am a better person and dog owner thanks to Carol's love and support.

I know Carol through Puppy Raising for SEGD. Carol's passion for the dogs and their mission was evident as she generously gave her time and energy to the organization and other volunteers. She will be missed.

Carol was a wonderful friend and leader of our puppy racing group in Houston. She was as generous as can be not only with her time and with her energy with her finances. She will be well remembered.

Carol loved her fur babies. I was very impressed with her puppy training for impaired people .She will be missed terribly. Thank you for being my big sister. Love, Jackie

My wonderful loving Sister…she was always the best Sister! I have so many  great childhood memories of her , but my favorite is when she came  with her children  to Virginia Beach ( where I lived at that time) …to be with me , to be my LaMaze coach to deliver my first child,  as my Husband was in the Navy on the other side of the world!
I will be forever grateful for that generosity, kindness and love she and all the Rone family showed me!
I admired so much about Carol..her kindness and dedication to raise many Southeastern Guide Dogs with her Husband … for all of those in need!
She was an exceptional Sister and kind hearted humanitarian!
I look forward to seeing you again “Sissy”!
Until then, I will miss you everyday!

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Rones passing.  I have known her a very long time and she was a special lady.
