With the saddest of hearts, we share that Beverly Fletcher Grissom, went to see her Lord and Savior on July 18, 2023, at the age of 80. She “fought the good fight” and was truly a "good and faithful servant".
She lived her life for the Lord, her family, and her friends. She shared her love and her love of God with everyone in her life.
Her warm, genuine smile and her loving and giving spirit was a gift to all who knew her. She made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She had a huge heart and willingness to just sit and listen, so you always felt heard. She loved to travel, play games, square dance, and read, but her joy was just to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking for her family, and she made the best homemade biscuits that everyone fought over. She LOVED her flower gardens and birds, especially cardinals. She was a wonderful wife, mom, sister, aunt, and grandma aka Gigi. She made us all feel as special to her as she was to us, such that we all think we were her favorite.
Beverly was an executive secretary throughout her career and was co-owner of a female owned secretarial business in Tomball, TX. She worked for several oil and gas companies, ultimately retiring from Conoco. Beverly’s career was important to her, her true legacy was and will continue to be her commitment to her family and to God.
She has left a family that loved her more than words can describe. She was the heart of our family. We all love each other because of her example of what it means to be family.
You are now at rest in the Lord's arms, Mom. You loved us to the moon and back and we love you to the heavens and back!
