Timothy Wayne Williams, devoted husband and father went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2024 with his wife, kids and siblings by his side. He was born January 5, 1956 to the late Wayne and June Williams.
He leaves behind his loving wife and companion of 38 years Carolyn Williams, three children: Jason (Trisha), Taylor (Kim) and Kayla along with two stepchildren: Jeanie (Lanny) and Jeff (Kathy). He also leaves behind his beautiful grandchildren: Jaida, Brayden, Dayvaughn, Adrianna, Kayson and Gabriel as well as 5 loving siblings: Terry (Ann), Todd (Tracy), Tracie (Kevin), Ty (Laura), Tom (Amy).
Tim worked at N&W Railroad from 1974-1985. He then discovered his love for landscaping while spending 3 years with Tim Doyle Landscaping. This was followed by 2 years with UPS before landing his job with ODOT. He spent the next 27 years as Project Inspector before retiring in 2010. One of his proudest accomplishments was building the Grant bridge from start to finish.
Some of Tim’s best qualities that he without a doubt passed on to his children include: family first, hard work ethic, work for what you want in life, being there for others especially in a time of need and bringing a smile to someone’s face by using his one of a kind personality.
Although he tried his best to play it off, this man had the biggest heart and would drop everything to be there for someone in need.
Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown him throughout his fight. We will gather for a celebration of life at a later date.
