Ronald W Churchill

Ron was born in Springfield, Ohio to the late Donald and Marie Churchill. Attended Springfield South High.

Ron leaves behind his wife Patricia "Pat" (Mason), Swanson, Churchill, children Robin (Sadowski),Rachelle Oliver (Ron), Ryan Churchill (Sandy) and 3 step children Michael Swanson (Cheri), Erin Turner(James) and Heather Medeiros (Sergio). Grandpa to 15 and great grandpa to 13 and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother Donald Churchill Jr. and Sister Martha Bendle Scroggins

Ron enjoyed life, his easy going ways and everlasting smile, he never met a stranger. He and Pat had many friends in Ft. Myers, Florida where they moved in 1985. He loved boating, fishing, traveling,volunteering for the Sundowners Club (pilots and observers searching for distressed boats in the Gulf ), dancing and cheering for FGCU basketball teams and eating out with friends. After moving back to Ohio after 25 years he volunteered at Mt. Carmel Hospital, worked along side with his daughter Shelly promoting Smoothie King and always with a smile he greeted people, and had the children to keep him busy. He attended St. Johns Lutheran Churchill in Grove City.

A Celebration of Life is planned for July 12, 2024 from 1-4 Pm at the Cedar Ridge Lodge, Battery Darby Creek Metro Park, 1775 Darby Creek Drive Galloway Ohio.
