Sandra Weeks Felkenes was born in San Francisco, CA on December 22, 1938. She was the devoted wife of George T. Felkenes whom she married in 1961 in Baltimore, MD.
She Achieved her masters degree in Philosophy and Doctor of Psychiatric Social Work Degree at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. While living in Birmingham, AL, she taught philosophy at Miles College. After returning to California, she spent years as a volunteer for hospice and Recording for the Blind.
