On April 21st our Heavenly Father called Nancy home, aged 82.
Nancy Ann was born to Jack and Marian (Laabs) Norman in Seattle, Washington. After graduating from Burlington-Edison High School, she studied nursing. A family and career pivot brought her to the Lebanon Police Department where she served for 29 years. Progressing through the ranks as a meter maid, executive assistant to the Chief, to dispatch where she led the command center for Police, Fire and Ambulance services to Lebanon, Oregon, and neighboring cities and counties.
Nancy lived a full and accomplished life. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, her Oregon Real Estate License, and was a gifted and talented quilting instructor in her retirement years.
Nancy and Hal shared an enthusiasm for motorcycles. Hal taught her to ride, and they shared the road for many, many miles making incredible memories.
Nancy was blessed with a large and devoted family. She is survived by her loving husband Hal, Brother Jack, Son Gerald, Daughters Sheryl, Brooke and Kelli, Sons Michael and Tony, Daughters Lisa and Vanessa, along with 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
