Ramon Frederick Weber

Ramon Frederick Weber, 77, of Lansing, MI, formally of Hart, MI passed away on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, MI. The son of John Julius Weber, Jr. and Margaret Evelyn Christian Weber he was born on May 3, 1949, in Chicago, IL.

Ramon worked for Auto Owners Insurance as a senior computer programmer/analyst and retired from Auto Owners Insurance after 24 years of service. He was a member of the Lansing Seventh-day Adventist Church, and was active with the Community Services Center. He enjoyed golfing and bowling for many years, board games and he had an avid interest in photography. He was a singer/song writer and played with friends Buddy Houghtaling, Dan Grentz, and Linda Sears. In his younger years he was also a member of several bands and often times performed solo. Music was a major part of his life. As a believer in a trust-worthy God and Jesus as his Savior, Ramon enjoyed blessing others with his God-given gifts and talents.

Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, John, Jr. and Margaret Weber; brothers, John Weber and Ronald (Ron) Weber; sisters, Rita Weber, and Margaret (Maggie) Weber. He is survived by brothers, Charles (Charlie) and Christian (Chris) Weber; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and childhood friend, Stan Jensen.

There will be a 'Memory Lane Gathering' for Ramon on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the Lansing Seventh-day Adventist Church, 5400 W. St. Joseph, Lansing, MI. Light refreshments will be served including Ramon's favorites - ice cream, chocolate chip cookies, and Hershey's Nuggets.
