Duane Gale Dangler

The son of Myron & Margaret (Neelis) Dangler, he was born on December 21, 1941 in Jackson.

Duane enjoyed fishing, hunting, hockey, Canadian football, spending time with his grandchildren, John Wayne movies and a good meal with friends or family.

Duane was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cathy (Heer); brother-in-law, Donald Smith. Surviving are his children, Darol Dangler, Jessica (William) Karl and Zach (Ashley) Dangler; grandchildren, Melissa, Elijah and Alana Dangler, David, Jenna, Micah, Caleb, and Sofia Tharia, and Anton Karl; great grandson, Levi Dangler; sister, Patricia Smith; dog, Marcie; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, September 28th, at Eaton Rapids Church of the Nazarene, 2225 S. Michigan Rd., Eaton Rapids.

Honoring Duane’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
