Allan Lee Evans

Allan Lee Evans, age 70, of Plainwell, Michigan, passed away on April 4, 2023, at Ascension Borgress Hospital in Kalamazoo. The son of Orval Leonard Evans Jr. and Alice May Culbertson, he was born on February 16, 1953 in Allegan County.

Al retired from Aeromatics after 20+ years. He had many interests and a jack of all trades. He really enjoyed spending time with his family and going out of his way for others.

He was preceded in death by his father, Orval Leonard Evans Jr. and his sister Helen Eileen Eagan. Allan is survived by his wife Judy Evans. His four daughters and son-in-laws, Mary Evans-Richi (Mohamed Richi), Terry Miranda (Ignacio Miranda), Judith Belt (Tibor Belt) and Angela Sanchez (Donny Sanchez). His siblings Robert Evans, Mary Steele, Thomas Evans, Darl Evans and Timothy Evans. His mother Alice Knobloch. His grandchildren Richard Robb, Adrian Miranda, Judy Ocean Belt, Sabryna Henderson, Alexander Miranda, Jonathan Borrell, Briana Bracken, Bronson Sanchez and Alyssa Sanchez. His great grandchild Novis Sullivan.

There will not be any funeral services as Allan requested. There will be a celebration of life that will be scheduled at a later date by sister, Mary Steele. Another celebration of life will be held by his daughters in his second home in California.
