Thomas George Anderson

He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen (Katy) of 66 years. Tom and Katy were married in 1958 and later sealed for all eternity in 1975. He was a devoted father to Karen (Gordon Hale), Scott Anderson (Tracy), Juli Anderson (Jimmy Hillier), Vicki (Pete Score) and David Anderson (Shelley). He was also a cherished grandfather to Michael, Kendall, Kirsten, Charlotte, Peter, Jonathan, Connor, Taylor, Jeremy, Madalyn, Blu, Leif and Van and a great-grandfather to nine.

Tom dedicated 42 years to the marine industry as a manufacturer’s representative and also spent part of his career working in the snow ski industry. He was a devoted family man, had a deep love for water sports, boating, skiing, golf, photography and storytelling *always ready with a tale and a laugh to share! His greatest passion, however, was his faith. He served his Church congregation and community with unwavering dedication, holding leadership roles and contributing many hours to the temple.

The family would like to thank the staff at Lake Minnetonka Shores and Sandy from Optage for the care and compassion they showed Tom and his family in his final days.

A private ceremony and interment will be held at a later date to celebrate his life.
