

She was born in Stanwood, WA on April 22, 1937 to George and Elsie Bryan. They moved to Bremerton, WA where Norma attended school. She graduated from East High School in 1957 and from the University of Puget Sound in 1968.
She taught school in Port Orchard and Gig Harbor for 30 years, retiring in 2000 from Peninsula High School. She loved history and travel and saw many world changing sites during her adventures. London was her favorite haunt. She collected antique doll houses and their furnishings and was well known by fellow collectors.
She married Bill in 1957, her husband of 51 years.
She leaves behind her daughter, Krestin Helberg; grandson, Zack, as well as nephews and nieces in Minnesota and Florida.
Her ashes will be scattered in Cannon Beach, Oregon, as are her beloved Bill's.
