Williams, Neal Rudolf, 81, of Oakdale, MN passed away peacefully, Oct. 25, 2018 surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. A wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend. Preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Dr. Kneely and Dorothy (Williams); siblings, Richard T., Herbert F., Robert L. and Arnold P. Williams and grandson Tramayne D. Williams. Neal leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 54 years, Gloria, son, James Williams, Neal S. (Rudine) Williams, daughter, Roxanna (Robert) Grigsby, Valerie (Robert) Burch and Candace (Roosevelt) Martin, sister Gayle Smoot, 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at River of Life Christian Church, 739 Summit Ave., Saint Paul, MN 55105 on November 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.
