Jeffrey Lee Moody

Jeffrey "Jeff" "Moods" Moody of Red Wing, Minnesota passed away on Monday, April 7, 2025 at the age of 61. He was born on October 6, 1963 in Sarasota, FL, but grew up in Stewartville, MN.

Jeff worked as a bartender, carpenter, and most importantly as a drummer/singer which were his passions. Whatever Jeff was doing he always made sure he and the people around him had a good time.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rolland Keith Moody.

Jeff is survived by his wife,Kathryn Ostlund; sister, Lynne (Doug) Pedersen; niece, Rylee Pedersen; and many other family members and friends who loved and were touched by Jeff.

The family would like to thank the Mayo Clinic Hospice team serving the Red Wing area for the care and compassion they showed our loved one and his family in their final days.

A celebration of Jeff’s life is being planned for later this year.
