Jade was the dearly loved and cherished daughter of Alyssa and Rob, the little sister to Izzy, and the best-buddy to Champ (her Golden Retriever). Words cannot begin to describe Jade’s place in their hearts.
Jade has now joined her sister Grace Kendall Chapman, who passed in 2007, as well as her Grandparents Pat and Kenneth Chapman, Grandparents Beverly and Bernie Levy, Aunt Gail Thibault and Uncle Jim Chapman.
Jade will be missed every day by Aunts and Uncles, Lynn Chapman, Steve Chapman, Pam and Tom Devine; and many cousins and friends who loved her.
Jade was a 9th Grade student at Edina High School, a bright, vibrant soul with so much life ahead of her. She was an incredibly talented artist who loved art, travel, fashion, skincare, makeup—and, according to her musician mom, had amazing taste in music. Her world was filled with friends who adored her. Her bond with her sister Izzy was unbreakable—they talked every single day, even while Izzy was away at college in Missouri.
Jade brought light, laughter, and warmth to everyone around her. Though she faced teenage challenges, the last few months had brought moments of real joy—seeing a concert with a friend, traveling to Phoenix with her Dad, and experiencing the magic of Paris with her Mom. Her faith was strong, and her happiest place was The Meetinghouse Church.
A celebration of Jade’s life will be held Saturday, April 26th at Meetinghouse Church, 6200 Colonial Way, Edina, MN 55436. The celebration will begin at 4:00 PM with a reception following. In lieu of flowers or food, memorials are preferred to the Jade Chapman GoFundMe. https://www.gofundme.com/f/remembering-jade-support-her-family
