Gloria Hope Somers

Gloria Hope Somers, age 76, of Ramsey, Minnesota passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.

She was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from Marshall High School in 1965.

Gloria worked as a Computer Programmer and later as a League Coordinator. She loved to bowl and was active in the bowling community. Gloria was a member of the Minneapolis USBC Board and a member of the Brooklyn Center Women's Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas, Sr.

Gloria will be missed by her sons, David, Douglas Jr., and Christopher (Amy); five grandchildren, Stephanie (Ron) Russ, Lynn Leiran, Ashley Lawrence, Caitlin Mallon, and Griffin Brandenburger; ten great-grandchildren; and also many cousins and friends.

Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 14 from 11 am to 2 pm at Willy McCoys, 12450 Business Park Blvd N, Champlin, MN 55316. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
