Eileen Teresa Dorinski

Eileen Teresa Dorinski (nee Mackin) was born July 28, 1954, in Castlepollard, Ireland. She passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025, in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, where she resided with her husband, Robert Walter Dorinski, with whom she shared 49 wonderful years of marriage.

Eileen dedicated her life to caring for others through her 45-year career as a nurse. She retired in 2021 from Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, after a long and fulfilling career of compassionate service to countless individuals. In her retirement, she also became an avid pickleball player, enjoying the camaraderie and activity of the sport.

Beyond her professional life and hobbies, Eileen had a deep passion for gardening, finding joy and beauty in nurturing life. She also loved to travel, exploring new places and cultures. Above all, her family was the center of her world. Her five grandchildren – Joshua, Genevieve, Bella, Henry, and Charlie – brought her immeasurable joy and were one of the deepest blessings in her life.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert Walter Dorinski; her children, Stephen Robert (Laura) Dorinski and Christine Anne (Greg) Harris; and her cherished grandchildren.
