Donald Paul Beed

Age 70 of Eden Prairie, MN passed away on December 27, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marjorie and David Beed, and his sister Beverly Latiolais. He is survived by his daughter Katherine (KC) Archbold, his son-in-law, Jacob Archbold, granddaughter Charlotte, brothers David Beed and Douglas Beed (Penny) and sister, Barbara Henry (Daryl). Don was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University. He spent the majority of his life in Rochester MN. He married Jill Smith in 1983. They were later divorced. Don worked at the Olmsted County Planning Department, as a realtor at Edina Realty, and as owner of Beed Outdoor Services. In addition, he was instrumental in the design of many residential and commercial developments in Rochester.

Don will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, wit, willingness to help others and love for his family. The family is not planning a service.
