David John Parks of St. Paul, MN March 18, 1942 – Dec 7, 2018 Proceeded in death by Father Rodger Earl Parks, Sr., Mother Maxine Anona Shelby Parks, Brother Rodger Earl Parks, Jr, survived by children Dianna Ray (John), Scott Parks, Sr., (Jennifer), Dawn Rutherford, Michelle Beighley (Greg), 20 Grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, former spouse and beloved friend Gloria Parks, brother Ralph Parks (Trudy), numerous nieces and Nephews. Lifelong resident of St. Paul, MN. Served in the Air Force from 1960-1964 at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, NE. Dave was an avid reader, loved movies and music of all genres, loved golf, Twins baseball and Vikings football. Celebration of Life TBD. Memorial donations:
