Passed away March 16, 2018 peacefully after a short illness. Born April 6, 1941 in Carroll, IA the 10th of 13 siblings. Charlotte (Toddy) is survived and loved by husband John, sons Kevin (Susan Campion), David, Steven, Eric (Jennifer), daughter Elly (Dave) Mostrom, 10 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren, brothers Robert, Arnold, Jerry, sisters Doris (Ratchford), Darlene (Duhon). Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Apple Valley, MN later this spring.
