Charles Raymond Johnson

Charles "Chuck" Raymond Johnson, age 84, of Plymouth, Minnesota passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at North Memorial Hospital from acute heart failure. He was born on January 24, 1940 in Ashland, WI to Carl and Lyla (Dagsgaard) Johnson.

Following his graduation from Ondossagon High School in Barksdale, Wisconsin Chuck enlisted and served in the US Army and Reserve from 1961-1967. He later graduated from Northland College in Ashland, WI with a BS in Psychology. He worked in insurance sales for over 12 years and then as a Service Manager in the heating and air conditioning industry.

Chuck was an avid league bowler and achieved a 300 game and a ring. He was a sports enthusiast, following the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers and enjoyed handicapping Thoroughbred racing, fishing and reading.

He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Lyla Johnson and sister Carlotta (Lloyd) Reiman.

Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Jenee; children Keith (Melinda) Johnson, Cheri (David) Galli; grandchildren Ben and Daniel Johnson, Lyla and Nick Galli.
