Bonnie Rojean (Marben) Samletzka, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 76. She was born on August 18, 1948 in Anoka. Bonnie worked at the University of Minnesota for many decades. She cherished spending time with friends and family, sharing her wisdom, and spreading positivity to everyone she encountered.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her mother, Virginia (Wonser) Hughes; brother, Dale Hughes. She is survived by her husband, Raymond; daughter, Amie Marben; sons, Chris Lang, Todd (Shawna) Lang, Erik Samletzka; five siblings, Karen (Randy) Pouliot, David (Viv) Marben, Nick Perlick, Jody (Al) Crutchley, Steve (Diane) Marben; as well as many family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Elsie’s, 729 Marshall Ave., Minneapolis, MN, on June 14, 2025 at 12pm-3pm.
