Allan Spaise

Allan “Al” Conrad Spaise of Stillwater, MN passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 10th at the age of 77, surrounded by family. He was born on July 17, 1945 in Fergus Falls, MN and grew up in White Bear Lake and Stillwater. Al graduated from Stillwater High School in 1963. He retired as Heavy Equipment Operator at T.A. Schifsky and was a long-term member of the 49er Union. Al was actively involved in motorcycling, traveling and spending time with friends and family. He was very generous and loyal. He was a fabulous prankster and storyteller.

Al is survived by son Wade, daughter Melissa (Andy) Barnes, son Kevin, stepchildren Amanda and Travis McGee, grandchildren Cory, Anna, Rhys and Wade Spaise, Ashley Barnes-Cocke and Melissa Olivera-Barnes, great-grandchildren Jaeyda, Lyra and Ada, sisters Roxanne, Shirley and Marcia and cousins, nieces and nephews. Also survived by former spouses Karol Reyjkavik and Dawn McGee.

The family would like to thank Dr. Emily Doss, the Lakeview Hospital and Hospice Staff and the Pillars of Oakdale for the care and compassion they showed our father in his final days.
