Alan Kit Overline

Alan Kit Overline, Age 62 of Belle Plaine passed away peacefully on January 14, 2024 of early onset Alzheimer's Disease. He was born in New Prague July 17, 1961 to Albert and Violet (Lindgren) Overline and grew up in Belle Plaine. He later became the father of Angelique who was his pride and joy. A contractor by trade, Alan enjoyed owning his own construction business. Alan was married to the love of his life, Susan (Johnson), for 23 years before she passed away in 2022. A man of God with a passion for his family, Alan was an author and avid fisherman who had a kind soul and generous spirit. He felt a love for souls and the need for evangelism and shared his faith with many people. Alan will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his wife Susan. Parents Albert and Violet, brother Gene (Barb) Overline and sister Cindy (David) Schultz.

Alan is survived by his daughter Angelique (Frank III) Petitta, grandson Frank Petitta IV, step-sons Robert and Richard (Alyssa) Johnson, brother Brian (Wanda) Overline, sister Tammy Lannoye (Chuck Adams) and many nieces, nephews and friends.
