Bill loved his friends and his family deeply. He was fun. You could hear his voice, his laugh, and his Boston accent from a mile away. He had a great appreciation for talent of any kind, especially in music and sports. He was always an optimist, and he rebelled against negativity and pessimism. He stood on principle, and he would fight for his friends and family. He was smart, meticulous, and he was brutally honest. He was a leader and a teacher. He was a great friend and mentor to so many people. He was a provider and a defender. He was incredibly generous with his time, love, and money.
He will be missed, and he will never be forgotten by those whose lives he touched in his 71 years.
