After graduating from high school, Trula worked various jobs in Tennessee and Ohio. She eventually moved to Florida where she met her late husband, Don, and they had four children. They resided for 55 years on their 30-acre cattle ranch in North Fort Myers. Trula was a homemaker and a devoted wife and mother. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and loved to garden, working with plants and flowers, especially her rose bushes.
She is survived by her four children, Donald Lee (“Peewee”) Hanson (Karen), Sonya Lynne Hanson, Teresa Ann Hanson, Susan Marie Carmichael (Brian); her four beloved grandchildren, Darius (“Derrick”) Cody (Kathryn), Cody Urich, Courtney Urich-Migenes (David), Jacob Carmichael (Mariana); five great-grandchildren; her brother, Richard Moser, of Tennessee; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Eggen (Don), of Bloomfield, Nebraska, Sharyl Serafin (Walt), of Kansas City, Kansas, Vivian Hanson, of Fort Myers, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband, Donald J. Hanson; her father, Ernest Moser; her mother, Eva Bright; her brothers, John Moser, Harold Moser, Ray Moser, and Jimmy Moser; and sister, Shirley Moser.
