He was born in Pensacola, Florida on April 15, 1944. Bo graduated from Pensacola High School and received his A.A from Pensacola Junior College. He married Renate Darby on October 14, 1967.
Bo worked in Nuclear Component manufacturing for Westinghouse Electric Corporation until retirement.
He had a passion for travel, camping, fishing, and golf.
He is survived by his wife Renate, a son Steven Darby, and one grandson Rutland Darby.
A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:30 PM. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery by 2:15 PM.
