Elizabeth Anne Gould

Elizabeth Gould, a woman whose life was defined by quiet strength, deep faith, and boundless generosity, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025, in Venice, Florida, at the age of 77.

Born in Randolph, Massachusetts, Elizabeth built a warm and loving life rooted in devotion to her family and her community. She was a cherished wife to her husband Thomas, a devoted mother to Patrick, Patricia, and Rose, and a loving sister.

Elizabeth dedicated her life to creating a home filled with good food and handmade beauty. A skilled cook and gifted crafter, her sewing, creations, and comforting meals were an extension of the care she gave to others. She had a knack for making people feel welcome, seen, and cared for — whether they were guests in her home or strangers she met through her volunteer work.

Her faith was a guiding light throughout her life. Elizabeth gave her time generously, including through her work with Campers on Mission and Christ Venice Church, where she found joy and purpose in service. She believed in lending a hand, sharing what she had, and treating every person with kindness.

Elizabeth’s legacy is one of love — served on dinner plates, whispered in prayers, and woven into every life she touched. She will be remembered not only for what she did, but for how she lived: with an open heart, gentle hands, and unwavering compassion.
