Born on September 18th, 1938, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Ellie was known for her generous spirit and quiet devotion. A woman of deep faith, she prayed the rosary daily and spent many hours in prayer at St. John's Chapel. From dedicating time to crocheting prayer shawls for the sick to cooking Sunday dinner for her family, she was always so thoughtful and giving to others.
