He was born December 18, 1927 in Fairmount, IN the son of Ira and Dorothy (nee Miller) McClintock. He graduated from Fairmount High School and then served in the US Navy during World War II. He attended Michigan State University and worked for the John Deere Company for 30 years, retiring as a Territory Manager. After moving to Florida, he worked for Park Shore Resort and the DeVoe Automotive Group. He was a member of the American Legion in Fort Myers Beach.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Son, Bill McClintock, Jr.; Brothers, Ira McClintock Jr. and Herbert McClintock.
Bill is survived by his wife of 65 years, Naomi McClintock; Daughter, Karen Leepper; Son, Michael McClintock (Candy); Brother, Charles W. Bagley; Sisters, Sharon Whetsel and Beth Doddridge. Also by 6 grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Estero United Methodist Church, 8088 Lords Way Street, Estero, FL 33925.
