She spent most of her life in the Chagrin Valley, Ohio area before moving to Florida.
Carolyn was an avid golfer, bridge player and interior designer.
Carolyn proceeded in death by her husband Edward P. Kelley (Ned) and son E. Patrick Kelley Jr.
She is survived by her daughters Nancy Kelley (Jim Dickson) Karen Kelley, Judy Benes (Matthew) and eight grandchildren and eight greatgrandchildren.
She will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life is to be determined and donations can be made to Hope Hospice Bonita Springs.
