Anthony Nicholas DeSoiza

Anthony Nicholas DeSoiza 77, of Sarasota, FL. passed away June 16, 2017. Born in N.Y. on Dec. 7, 1939. He was son of the late Manuel A. DeSoiza and Mary G. Asaro DeSoiza. He is survived by his lovely wife Priscilla DeSoiza, children Christopher DeSoiza and Barbara DeSoiza-Adams, daughter-in-law Elva DeSoiza and son-in-law John Adams. Tony is proud to have three grandchildren Nicholas DeSoiza, Rachel DeSoiza and Ethan Adams. He is also survived by his younger brother Richard DeSoiza. He proudly served our country in the army. He moved to Sarasota, FL. in 1972 working for several car dealerships until opening his own business, Sarasota Auto Sales. He has been a loving and caring husband, father and grandfather to his family, who love and will miss him dearly. A memorial mass will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Incarnation Church (2901 Bee Ridge Rd., Sarasota, FL. 34239). Immediately following the mass, a celebration of life gathering will be held at South Gate Community Center (3145 Southgate Circle, Sarasota, FL. 34239).
