Jeff waged a courageous one-year battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his family when he passed at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center.
Jeff had a soft spot for animals. He had a special bond with his Ocicat, Chester, and also with a stray kitten who adopted him outside one rainy night that he named Lucky Trotter.
Jeff is survived by his mother and father, Kathy and Phil Gumm, his sister, Stacia Symanski (Mike), and Lucky Trotter. He worked alongside his father at World Carpet Services for 25 years.
