Arlene was born on July 20, 1935 in Vona, Colorado to parents LeRoy and Florence Wanda (Sweet) Kemper. She was the first born of nine children.
Arlene worked in various banks in several different states during her career, which was 30+ years. She married Daniel Crocker in January 1952, and survived his death in 1970, in Colorado. After which, she and her daughters moved to Texas to be closer to her family.
Arlene married her second husband, Larry Willet, in January 1977 and survived his death in 2021. At that time she moved to Oklahoma to reside with her daughter Darlene.
Arlene was an avid genealogy researcher for the Kemper and Sweet families. She enjoyed needle work and made all types of counted cross stitch patterns.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Nadine Burian and Kathy Beauchamp; and brothers: LeRoy, Merle, Earl, David, and Robert.
She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Harris and Darlene Nichols; grandchildren: Daniel Eric Gunter, Brandy Gilbert, Andrew Evan Gunter, and Clinton Nichols; great-grandchildren: Justin Nichols, Travis Nichols, and Kaitlyn Robinson; sister, Ann Cowan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Arlene's welcoming smile and loving nature will be sorely missed.
