Yvonne Dorothy Nelson

Yvonne D. Nelson, nee Miller, 90, long-time resident of Bridgeview, IL, passed in peace, Saturday, March 3, 2018. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Nelson and her companion, William “Fox” Paradiso. Loving mother of: Steve Nelson, Charles Nelson, Susan Kulovitz and Sandra Omari; cherished grandmother of 13; and adored great-grandmother of 12. Yvonne was a retired clerk of the Cook County Court. She was former member of the District 122 School Board and an Honorary Lifetime Member of the PTA. Yvonne will be fondly remembered as an avid crocheter, pinochle player and lover of life. A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 12:00 pm until time of memorial service 1:30 pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
