Robert Carlson

Robert “Bob” W. Carlson, 72, a loving and loyal friend to all, passed away Sunday, November 13th, 2022 in his Yorkville home. Robert proudly served his country as a combat veteran with the US Army in Vietnam and wore his uniform with pride. He is survived by his beloved siblings, James (Diane) Carlson, Richard (Mary) Carlson, and Cheryl Carlson. His cherished niece, Angela (Michael) Laske, and nephews Jonathan (Jessica) Carlson and Matthew (Leanna) Carlson. Loving Great Uncle to three nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his parents Arthur and Margaret Carlson and nephew David Carlson.

Friends and family will miss Bob for his dynamic personality and sense of humor, as well as for the generosity that he showed to all who knew him. He passed his love of motorcycles on to his nephew Matthew, and his spirit lives on in all of us. Bob would best be honored by a kind deed in his name. Kindness is how he lived.
