Patricia Antonie Triska

Patricia A. Triska, 78, of Lisle, IL passed peacefully on April 4, 2018. She is survived by her children, Randal Zahora, Candice (Keith) Gottschalk and Dawn (Shawn) Zahora-Peterson; and four grandchildren, Meagan (TJ) Zahora, Corey Zahora, Ivy Carpenter and Elijah Carpenter. She is preceded in death by her husband, William D. Zahora; mother, Helen S. Triska; father, John Triska; brothers, John and Charles Triska. Patricia was an amazing creative force making quilts, clothing, dolls and decorations for the holidays. She loved giving her gifts of creativity to her family and friends. Patricia had a generous heart and you could rely on her even when she did not have a lot to give. She also spent her time making items to donate for Project Linus and the local battered women’s safe house. A memorial service will take place at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 5211 Carpenter Street, Downers Grove, Illinois on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago, IL 60601.
