Molly P Vanpelt

Molly was born on January 21, 1939, in Beardstown, IL to Marjorie Ilene Young and Russell Phillips.

Words cannot express the type of woman or mom Molly was, she always said that the best thing she accomplished were her three children. Molly was a one-of-a-kind woman whose faith in God shown through by her patience, compassion and nurturing soul, touching and inspiring those who met her. She was loved by many. Molly always said it was in God’s hands and in his time.

Molly is survived by her Daughter Janice Lindley, Son Ronald Anderson, both of Aurora Il, Sister Marjorie “Terry” Warner, Grandchildren: Molly Jean “Joe” Sims Luke Anderson, Angel Rexroad and Amber Fettig; Two Great grandchildren: Jaina Lambert and Dominika Fettig. Also, several friends, nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death her youngest son Daniel Anderson, Husband Barry VanPelt, Mother Marjorie Young, Father Russell Phillips, Brothers John Phillps, Rodney Phillips, Ronnie Leatherdale, and her paternal grandparents.

She will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Mom was mine and Ron’s rock and will be clearly missed. Per her wishes there will be no funeral service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
