Born November 11, 1956, Mark was an inspirational example of hard work as an HR manager, devoted father to Katherine Joy Hogan, grandfather to Brolin Andrew Perkins & Madison Alyssa Hogan, teaching them true kindness, generosity, and selflessness. He deeply loved his family, made time to be at any and all events for his grandchildren, created family traditions that will continue on, and instilled strong values that truly made an impact on their lives. Mark was one of the most loving, kind, strong, generous, caring, influential, selfless, cheerful, and spirited people you could know. He enjoyed sports, the outdoors, live music, collecting rare coins/stamps/sports cards, watching horse racing with friends, playing chess, and spending time with friends and family. He leaves a legacy of fierce compassion to all those he touched throughout life.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Katherine Joy Hogan; grandchildren, Brolin Andrew Perkins & Madison Alyssa Hogan; and siblings, Marsha Ruth McCanless, Mary Ellen Hughes and Michael Stephen Hoggay III.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael Stephen Hoggay & Lorraine Alice (nee Stoeckel) Hoggay; and sisters, Michele Ann Krainik and Monica Jean Andrews.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
