Kenneth A. Bianchetti, 83, of Westmont, IL passed away on March 12, 2018. Survived by his wife, Anita Rickmon Bianchetti nee Woody; former spouse, Ann Bianchetti nee Petrovic; children, Ken (Joyce Hernandez) Bianchetti II and Kathryn Bianchetti; step-son, Roger (Elvia) Rickmon and step-daughter, Becky (Norman) Rose; grandson, Sean (Kristie) Bianchetti; step-grandchildren, Erin (Chris) Swan, Matthew (Andrea) Rickmon, Peter (Samantha) Rickmon, John (Amanda Falco) Rickmon, Amanda Jean (Robert) Cusack nee Perkins and Perry Anthony Perkins Jr.; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Rose Perkins, Avery Swan, Jacob and Marion Rickmon, Remi and Clayton Rickmon; siblings, Violet Lehtinen, Fred Bianchetti, Eugene Bianchetti, Johnny (Betty) Bianchetti, Grace (Tony) Cardullo and Mary Fitzpatrick; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Fred Bianchetti and Emma Rabitoy; siblings, James Antone Bianchetti and Robert “Bobby” Bianchetti. Mr. Bianchetti was a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was an entrepreneur, owner of K & A Sanitation, and was also a “sanitation engineer” for Lien Chemical for many years. He enjoyed fishing, playing cards, reading, history, bowling and telling jokes. He attended many events at the Lombard Senior Center and was an avid square dancer, belonging to the Downers Grove Square Thrus. A celebration of Ken’s life will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Ditka’s Restaurant, 2 Mid America Plaza, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 with lunch to follow.
