Julia Ann Hensley

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Julia "Julie" Ann Hensley, age 76, of Orland Park, Illinois on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Julie was born November 25, 1946, in Chicago, Illinois and was the only child to William and Jeanette Brophy. She attended Mother of Sorrows High School. She remained a life-long resident of Chicagoland and worked as a legal secretary when she was young and then in medical billing at various organizations up until her retirement. Julie is survived by her children, Bridgette Hensley, Nichole Fishback (Kevin), Marlo Fishback (Daniel), and Amanda Jeanes (Mike); beloved grandchildren, Jacob Fishback (Emma), Nick Fishback (Katie), Sydney Fishback, Kent Hoselton (Paige), Noah Fishback (Grace), Jack Fishback, Colin Fishback, Zoe Jeanes, Lilly Jeanes, Reiley Jeanes, and great granddaughters, Shay Fishback, Brinn Fishback, Wren Fishback and Irie Fishback.

Julie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hensley and her parents, William and Jeanette Brophy.

A visitation will be held on May 22, 2023, from 5-8 PM at Brady Gill Funeral Home in Tinley Park, Illinois. A Catholic funeral mass will be held on May 23, 2023, at 10 AM at St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Orland Hills, Illinois. The interment will take place directly after the mass at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. Directions to the cemetery will be offered at the church.
