OBITUARY

George Bogdan Marczewski

December 10, 1936 – October 4, 2026

George B. Marczewski of Bradenton, Florida, passed peacefully on October 4, 2026, at the age of 89, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 10, 1936.

George was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Linda Marossy (May 8, 1938–September 12, 2021).

He is survived by his four children, Jeff, Christopher, Carol, and Julie; three foster children; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and countless friends whose lives he ennriched.

George’s devoted faith was abiding and absolute. His love and charity were unconditional and boundless, and his friendship was generous and loyal.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Memorial Mass for the Repose of the Soul will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Bradenton, Florida on Friday, November 27, 2026, at 10:00am.
