Edward, age 86, U. S. Army Veteran, passed away peacefully at his home in Bolingbrook, Illinois Saturday, December 29th after battling a progressive disease.
Edward is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Nancy (Boryk) and his children Susan (Thomas), David (Fabiana), Brian (Patrick), seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
After serving his country during the Korean War, Edward lived in Johnstown, PA; Pittsburg, PA; Baltimore, MD; then to Illinois while leading a successful career as a Systems Engineer with Continental Can Company. Edward will be laid to rest with military honors at a private service at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois on Friday January 11, 2019.
