Billie Kay Crull, 75, of Plainfield, IL passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019. Beloved wife of Ronald Crull; loving mother of Kimberly (Tim) Hensley, Cindy (Tim) Jackson and Robert (Kanice) Findlay; step-mother of Sandra Osborne, Sherrie (Bob) DeWan and Terrie (Matthew) Santa Maria; dear grandmother of Jacqueline Kay Jackson, Timothy Jackson, William (Sara) Findlay, Justine (Craig) Carter, Robert (Aimee) Findlay and Timothy (Jessica) Hensley; step-grandmother of Ian (Penny) Crull, Selene (Bryan) Crull, Tony Crull, Tracy Gann, Nicole (Tyler) Chabolla and Timmie Dewan; cherished great-grandmother of Tristan and Ellie Findlay, Owen Virzint, Caiden Davis, Braylee and Olivia Findlay, and Cameron and Jaxon Carter; step-great-grandmother of Emma Fox, Abbey Fox, Hanna Crull, Kira Crull, Rain Crull, Corwin Gann, Shane Gann, Gracin Gann, Hudson and Hunter Chabolla; step-great-great grandmother of Owen Fox; dear sister of Esther (Harry) Reeb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Katherine nee Boland and William Searle; siblings, Patricia Rhodes and William “Bob” Searle; and her former husband, William “Bill” Findlay, the father of Kimberly, Cindy and Robert.

Billie Kay was a hostess at Cracker Barrel in Joliet, IL for 22 years. She enjoyed meeting so many new people throughout her career. She loved her flower garden and watching the birds, was an avid reader, and mostly she enjoyed spending time with her family. Billie Kay was never a “dog person” until her beloved Chihuahua, Chico, entered her life.
