Terry Michael Verrett

Born to the late Newton and Mathilde Verrett, Terry was raised with strong family values and a generous spirit. He shared close bonds with his siblings, Dale and Robin Dyer, David and Tina Verrett, Kevin and Kathryne Verrett, Brian and Jane Verrett, and Donna Dize, and is preceded in death by his brothers, Mark Verrett and Timothy Verrett.

Terry was an avid sports fan who loved cheering for the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Braves. His passion for the game was matched only by his love for family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Verrett; children, Ryan and Katie Verrett, and Kelsey and Bo Newman; step-children, Jennifer, Jason, and Jessica McCranie; and his beloved grandchildren, Kai Verrett, Elijah Newman, Isaac Newman, Lucas Newman, Waylon Verrett, Jaxson Verrett, Riley Verrett, Harvey Verrett, Colton Schonewitz, Ava McCraine; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Terry will be remembered for his kind heart, reliability, and devotion to those he loved. His legacy of warmth and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 3003 Belair St, Pascagoula, MS 39567, on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
