Margaret Ann Young

On October 26th, "Marti" Young left our terrestrial world, and entrusted her continued existence to our Heavenly Father, and his son, Jesus Christ.

Marti enjoyed a very diverse life, as she followed her military father and her mother around the globe, finally settling for the majority of her life in Oceanside, California.

Marti is survived by her husband, Virgil Thomas Young; her children, Steven Ray Buck and Traci Ann Talamantez; and her grandchildren, Christopher Jordan Buck, Thomas Eric Buck, Mary Margaret Talamantez and Faith Isabel Talamantez. She was predeceased by her parents, Pete L. and Mildred Isabelle Rice (nee McKee).

Although Marti and Virgil were recent arrivals to Marion - in September of 2022 - they made an instant and lasting impression on the community.

She will be sorely missed by all who were blessed to know her.
