Eric Duran Carpenter

He was born in 1959 to Keith and Yolanda Carpenter. Raised in Corpus Christi, Eric attended Ray High School before following in his father’s footsteps and entering a long career in the refinery and plant business. During his career he traveled to many locations and created many lasting friendships while working hard to support and care for his family.

Eric was preceded in death by his mother and father, sister, Vikki Carpenter, and wife, Karen Carpenter.

He was survived by his two children, Aron Carpenter and Sarah Brock, grandchildren Edward and Kennedy Carpenter and Elizabeth and Oliver Brock, as well as siblings, Karen, Dale, Sherry, and Lou Carpenter

A gathering in memory of Eric will be held at the VFW Post 3837 - 12030 Leopard St. Corpus Christi, TX 78410, Sunday, September 14, 2025 from 1-5pm.
