Pauline M Castilloux

PAULINE L’HOMME CASTILLOUX, of Colorado Springs, Colorado passed away at home on July 29, 2026 at the age of 92. Pauline was born on May 12, 1934 in Fall River, Massachusetts, where she grew up. In August of 1951 she married the love of her life, Louis Joseph Castilloux, who preceded her in death in 2019. In 1957 Pauline and Louis moved to Miami, Florida where they raised a family of 5 children. or tap here to enter text..

In 2019, after the passing of Louis, Pauline moved to Lakeland, Florida where she lived with her daughter Louise and in November of 2024 Pauline moved with Louise to Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Pauline is preceded in death by her parents, Yvonne and Henry L’Homme and her husband of 68 years, Louis J. Castilloux.

Pauline is survived by her 5 children: Denise McConnell, Louise Castilloux, Donald Castilloux, Susan DeKnegt and Mark Castilloux; her grandchildren, among them, Ami Wright, Kaitlyn Amidon, Brian McConnell, Christopher McConnell, Jeremy DeKnegt, Jason DeKnegt, Kyle DeKnegt; and her many Great Grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the Colorado Springs Fire Department, her amazing team at Compassis Hospice and her private caregivers Phemie and Saida, for the care and compassion they showed our mother in her final days. We are eternally grateful to all of you.

Family and friends are invited to attend a mass of Christian burial at St. Patrick's Catholic Church on August 20, 2026 at 10 AM followed by a repast at the Church.

A private Interment will follow at the Veterans Cemetery in Colorado Springs, Co.
