Carolyn Kay Clark

Carolyn Kay Clark, 90 of Colorado Springs passed peacefully in the early morning of October 22, 2026. Born July 14, 1936 in St. Louis , Michigan to Wilbur & Martha (Peacock) Ries, Kay had resided in Colorado since the fall of 1979.

Kay was a homemaker and housecleaner throughout her life. She enjoyed garage sales on Fridays with her girlfriends, baking dozens of Christmas cookies and candies at the holidays and was the best "PawMa" you could ask for. We'll forever remember her infectious smile and laughter.

Kay is survived by her son Phillip (Deb) Knapp of Ponder, TX, and daughter Sheila (Jesse) Serna of Colorado Springs, CO, granddaughter Martha Kay Rodriguez of Breckenridge, MI, 3 great-grandchildren, 8 great- greats, and numerous step-grandchildren in Texas, Colorado and UK, England.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, daughter Ronda Kay Snow, and grandson Kevin P. Knapp.

Carolyn will be cremated, and will be buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis Michigan with her parents at a later date.
